I am Josh Gabel, an enrolled member of the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe and Treasurer on the Snoqualmie Tribal Council. I work to strengthen tribal sovereignty through thoughtful governance, responsible fiscal stewardship, and promulgating cultural values.

I serve as Co-Chair of ATNI’s Economic Development and Taxation Committees and Vice Chair of the Tribal Tax Advisory Group (TTAG), where I focus on advancing sovereign taxation authority and supporting strong, self-determining tribal governments through enterprise.

I was recently appointed by Washington State Governor Bob Ferguson to the Income Tax Advisory Workgroup as the tribal seat carved out under ESSB 6346 Section 712.

My work is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and building lasting opportunity for our people and future generations.
