Originally from Jersey, I was schooled as a reporter on the mean streets of Columbus, Ohio. Shortly after graduating with a BA in Journalism from The Ohio State University, I settled in Seattle, Washington, where I accidentally ended up writing about technology. And I've been doing it ever since. After a brief stay in San Francisco, and several years in New York City, I'm now back in the loving arms of the Garden State.
Currently, I'm a senior editor at CNET.com, where I write and edit camera and camcorder reviews, laptop reviews and various other doodads.
Prior to CNET, I was a writer and/or editor for Computer Shopper magazine, LAPTOP magazine, Men's Fitness magazine and USA Weekend and gadget blog CrunchGear.com. I've also worked in PR, newspapers and radio.
In my free time I'm a music and TV junkie and would write about those, too, if only I could just trick someone into paying me for it.
