My name is Josh Abbott and I'm a journalist attending the University of Oregon. As a novelist and published author of short stories, I love writing in all its forms.

My passion is in environmental journalism, where I seek to bring awareness to matters that are important to life on Earth, including the climate crisis and other closely related issues that affect our future.

My experience includes writing blog posts for the local and sustainably-minded Mountain Rose Herbs. I have had published short stories in horror, sci-fi, fantasy, and literary genres, and I have worked as a volunteer associate editor for Fictionmagazines.com where I helped to read and determine stories for acceptance and publication.
