NFL agent Josh Arnold is the founder and CEO of Synergy Sports International (SSI). In the past three years he has represented six NFL draft picks as well as ten clients who received invites to the NFL Scouting Combine (the National Invitational Camp). In two of the last three years, Josh Arnold's clients have included the first safety (TJ Ward) and first cornerback (Shareece Wright) drafted on the entire West Coast. Both players were top 100 NFL draft picks, at 38th and 39th, respectively. During his career as an agent, Josh Arnold has negotiated several multimillion dollar contracts. Additionally, he has secured endorsement partnerships with Fortune 500 companies such as PepsiCo and Nike.
Josh Arnold and the staff of Synergy Sports partner with NFL players in planning and executing events that benefit their communities. These have included a flag football event put on by one of Synergy Sports' clients to benefit the National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS). As the player's agent, Arnold oversaw all details of the event which drew several hundred people and raised a significant amount of money for the NBTS.
While Josh Arnold is involved in community outreach events as an NFL agent and owner of Synergy Sports, he is also personally committed to other charitable causes. Specifically, he is involved in the Special Olympics and the American Cancer Society while also being an ongoing sponsor of children through the ChildFund, formerly the Children's Christian Fund.
