Josh Bartch

Josh Bartch is a long-time investor, entrepreneur, and consultant with over 15 years of experience in global capital markets. Throughout his career, he has been directly involved in building businesses, managing large-scale transactions, and helping companies structure deals and navigate complex financial strategies. With more than $1 billion in transactional value behind him, he has developed extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, financing, reverse mergers, and strategic business development.

He is currently the CEO of MavDB Consulting, LLC, a firm he founded after relocating to Puerto Rico. His career has consistently focused on supporting companies seeking growth opportunities, capital solutions, and stronger positioning in public markets. He has worked with businesses listed on major global exchanges, including the New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, London Stock Exchange, Euronext, Canadian Securities Exchange, and Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Josh Bartch began his entrepreneurial journey while attending Colorado State University. His first business venture was successfully sold, providing him with valuable experience in building, managing, and scaling companies. This early achievement encouraged him to pursue additional opportunities in entrepreneurship and investment.

In 2007, he co-founded a transcription service company that supported professionals across multiple industries. The business developed a reputation for dependable service and broad client reach, providing solutions for legal, medical, educational, and business professionals.

By 2011, Josh launched a private investment firm focused on supporting early-stage and growth-oriented companies. The firm worked with businesses in technology, finance, and consumer sectors, providing guidance in capital structuring, strategic planning, and public market preparation. His approach emphasized strong business foundations and thoughtful strategies designed to support sustainable growth.

After relocating to Puerto Rico, Josh Bartch founded MavDB Consulting, LLC, to provide specialized advisory services. The firm assists clients with capital market strategies, investor relations, and cross-border listing opportunities. His role involves working closely with leadership teams to refine business strategies, identify growth opportunities, and improve market positioning.
