Josh Bartch is a long-time investor, entrepreneur, and consultant with over 15 years of experience in global capital markets. Throughout his career, he has been directly involved in building businesses, managing large-scale transactions, and helping companies structure deals and navigate complex financial strategies. With over a billion dollars in transactional value behind him, he has developed a practical understanding of mergers, acquisitions, financing, and reverse mergers.

He is currently the CEO of MavDB Consulting, LLC, a firm he founded after relocating to Puerto Rico. In 2024, he established Blackstone Mercantile Group, a new investment fund based in the Bahamas. His career has consistently focused on supporting companies looking to grow, raise capital, and improve their presence in public markets. He has worked with businesses listed on global exchanges such as the NYSE, Nasdaq, London Stock Exchange, Euronext, Canadian Securities Exchange, and Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Josh Bartch began his first business while attending Colorado State University. That early effort ended in a successful sale and drove him to pursue additional opportunities. In 2007, he co-founded a transcription service that supported professionals across several industries. The company became known for dependable service and wide client reach, offering practical support to legal, medical, and educational professionals.

By 2011, he launched a private investment firm that supported early-stage and expanding companies. That firm worked with technology, finance, and consumer businesses, offering guidance in capital structuring and public market readiness. The approach emphasized solid business planning and preparation, helping companies take steps toward sustainable growth and potential public offerings.

After moving to Puerto Rico, he started MavDB Consulting, LLC, to provide focused advisory services. The firm helps clients with capital market strategies, investor outreach, and cross-border listings. His role includes working closely with leadership teams to refine business models and explore new growth channels. MavDB takes a collaborative approach, acting as an internal extension of each company to identify high-value opportunities and support long-term development.
