Talent management strategist Josh Bersin currently serves as founder and principal of Bersin by Deloitte. Established in the early 2000s, the leading research and analyst firm focuses on identifying and implementing people-based actions that improve bottom-line results for executive heads and their organizations. Through the firm, Josh Bersin has launched the WhatWorks membership program. Designed for corporate human resources professionals, the program provides tools and resources to implement effective staff development strategies, benchmarking programs, and practice solutions.

A leader in his field, Josh Bersin speaks at major industry events and provides interviews to top business media outlets, including the Wall Street Journal and Harvard Business Review. Mr. Bersin possesses a master of science in engineering from Stanford University and a master of business administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
