From development to construction to stabilization to exit strategy Josh is involved in each stage. He oversees all aspects of the process to ensure quality is throughout each phase. Josh handles the operations role, ensuring all of his team’s needs are being met throughout the lifecycle of a project. From the initial conceptual design, to the final construction, to the exit of the project Josh has extensive experience in these areas and has been involved for many years in the real estate and construction industry. With projects in Kansas City, Northwest Arkansas, Central and Southwest Florida.
