• Develop and execute a social media strategy across various platforms, and collaborate with management, sales and tech teams to implement quickly and effectively

• Stay on top of follower/fan stats, sentiment, trends, highlights, and other metrics and community insights and report on them on a weekly basis including recommendations

• 5+ years of experience working with social media, social marketing, advertising and new media initiatives

• Passion and knowledge of social media communication fundamentals

• Demonstrated experience working with Facebook, Twitter, Buzz, YouTube, Quora and many more

• Significant experience conceiving and implementing online community-building initiatives

• Has participated in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development and management, social bookmarking, commenting, etc.

• Proven success in measuring and monitoring marketing success metrics, and reporting them to senior staff along with insight and recommendations

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to move projects and communicate ideas in a busy organization

• Desire to work in a fast-paced, agile, start-up environment

• Ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing to meet deadlines
