Nothing is more exciting to me than being able to use my broad knowledge of HR best practices in high-energy environments - assessing the policies, procedures, and talent initiatives in place; and working with management teams to develop strategies and solutions in-line with the organization’s goals to optimize those initiatives, mitigate risks, and foster growth.
