As a Manager, Global Quality Learning, I manage Instructional designing for mobile and Computer based learning across Mylan. My goal always has been to uplift and upgrade eLearning and mlearning programs and drive forward initiatives to expand the capabilities. To date, the results have been impressive, including transition to Responsive Storyboard Designing, Creative Visualization, User Interface and User Experience.

I managed to receive a higher rating and appreciation from our clients for the project completed. It was a great motivation, but I consider myself as a seeker of perfection. I was not completely satisfied with the results. I pushed my team members to do what no one did in mLearning. This resulted in the introduction of audio sync, graphic animation, kinetic typography, word cloud animation, white board animation, storytelling, SBL, video based and game based learning programs and more.

My erstwhile job responsibility comprised of corporate sales, learning center development, training management, learning and development, client retention and service.
