I’m a qualified Company Secretary with over 15 years of experience navigating the intersection of corporate governance, legal strategy, and financial structuring. Having spent a significant part of my career in senior leadership roles at Azure Hospitality and Parsvnath Group, I now run my own independent practice — Manoj Joshi & Associates — where I advise growth-oriented companies on legal, secretarial, and financial compliance matters.
