Josh Kriteman

Southern California businessman Josh Kriteman acts as co-founder and partner of Synergy Consulting, LLC, an accounting and bookkeeping firm that serves other entrepreneurs and small businesses. When not managing an estimated $23 million in client assets through Synergy Consulting, Mr. Kriteman enjoys an active lifestyle. Josh Kriteman began surfing at the age of 15, and he continues to pursue the sport today. He also likes to follow professional sports teams in Southern California, such as the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Angels. A Lakers fan since the age of 15, when Byron Scott visited his middle school, he plays tennis during his off hours and recently participated in his first triathlon at the age of 40. Mr. Kriteman also remains a fervent supporter of a number of ecological advocacy organizations, including Heal the Bay, which began its efforts to keep the Southern California watersheds and coastline clean back in 1985. Heal the Bay stopped the dumping of untreated wastewater by the Hyperion Wastewater Treatment Plant and organizes yearly beach cleanups. Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), another beneficiary of Josh Kriteman’s financial support, advocates on behalf of the environment on an international level. The organization maintains offices in Beijing, New York City, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Chicago. NRDC boasts a membership of 1.3 million. Josh Kriteman and his family belong to the congregation of the First African Methodist Episcopal Church, which participates in the Meals on Wheels Association of America food program and engages in other community outreach efforts that serve the Santa Monica area. Certified foster parents, Josh Kriteman and his wife have fostered two children and successfully adopted one.
