Josh Tilson

One of the strongest characteristics about me is that I am a person who views things differently from most. I am best out finding things that can go wrong, but in a good way. It is better to find a problem soon and fix it now than to let it go unnoticed until the problem escalates into a crisis. My unique views and different style of thinking really comes in to full usefulness when problem solving. It can be said that I am not the typical leader or take charge type of person, but more than make up for it in work ethic and dedication. I like to be blunt and uncensored in all things and appreciate the same from others. Not everyone is capable of handling that though. You must be thick skinned and be able to handle hard criticisms and truths.

As far as skills are considered I tend to be one of many skills and those i don't have I am usually a fast learner A phrase I once heard that I thought described my abilities rather well was...

Some may think that is a bad way to describe oneself but I really like it and it is a truthful statement. I am one that tends to not mind anything no matter how harsh, spiteful, rude, vulgar, or inconsiderate as long as it is true. This really helps a person stay grounded in a time where everyone seems to believe they are better than the next person.

I am a truthful, unique, hard working and dedicated individual of a wide field of view and skills, who may at times seem blunt, which comes from being grounded in reality and doesn't mind admitting my own fault.
