I'm Joshua James, an education leader based in Vietnam.

I've spent seventeen years in Southeast Asia, working across K-12 and higher education in Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, and Myanmar.

I was the founding Managing Director of a bilingual K-12 school in Ho Chi Minh City. I later led the integration of a school acquisition for a regional group, working on the investor side of the table.

Today I work in higher education, assess teachers for the National Institute for Teaching and Education and the TES Institute, and write on Vietnam's education market for The PIE News and TES. I also co-founded 8-Bit Content, named by Ahrefs among its education SEO experts.
