Joshua Berkstresser

While working in the service and consumer electronics industry for 6+ years, I developed a passion for training and development. I took that passion and completed my Masters of Science in Educational and Instructional Technology.

My mission is to work with companies and create the perfect learning technology solution to increase productvity, employee engagment, and instill a culture in the company.

In addition to learning technology, I am well veresed in current adult education and instructional design models. I use that knowledge to develop courses to increase the soft skills of the modern workforce.
