Joshua Chefec

I am a commercial banking leader based in New York City, focused on middle-market finance, private capital, and building high-performing teams. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with leading institutions, including JPMorgan Chase, where I served as Executive Director and Market Executive. In that role, I co-led a large team of bankers, managed complex client relationships, and helped drive meaningful growth across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

I started my career early while attending Tulane University, gaining hands-on experience in wealth management and later interning at J.P. Morgan. Since then, I’ve worked across platforms like FGI Capital, ExpoCredit, and LSQ, where I developed a strong foundation in deal structuring, business development, and building markets from the ground up.

I’m a CFA Charterholder, and I take pride in approaching my work with integrity, discipline, and clear thinking. I believe success is defined by more than just professional outcomes—it’s about balance, growth, and the impact you have on others. Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, playing tennis, and cooking, and I stay actively involved in mentorship and financial literacy efforts.
