Joshua Furr

As a real estate broker and relocation specialist with Block & Associates Realty, Joshua Eugene Furr works closely with landlords and tenants to facilitate the rentals of single-family homes, townhouses, and condos throughout the Research Triangle Park area in North Carolina. A resident of the region for more than 30 years, he is intimately familiar with the various neighborhoods and properties. Joshua Eugene Furr earned his real estate license from Howard Perry and Watson Real Estate School in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Before joining the team at Block & Associates, Joshua Furr served three years as the head manager of Chantis Italian Restaurant in Durham, North Carolina. Outside of the professional arena, he is an avid traveler and sports enthusiast who spends a lot of time at the beach, in the mountains, and on the golf course. Joshua Furr is also a dedicated Christian who participates in a number of initiatives at his local church.
