JOSHUA LINDSEY UTAH has been a top sales executive for several companies throughout my career. Regardless of the product I was selling (Fitness memberships, Public Speaking Seminars, Coaching, & Financial Products) I have a strong skill set in Selling, Negotiation, Solving problems, and Closing deals that boost revenues and ensure profits.

I soon realized that if I continued to sell for others that I would never accomplish my personal financial goals, so I started my first company. Over the course of 10 years I have sold 5 personal companies, including one I took public in 2006.

I realized that I enjoyed selling them much more than I did building them from the ground up. This led me to notice a large void in the market place for Credible Buyer & Seller representation on small to medium sized businesses. Considering I have been an Entrepreneur, a business buyer, a business seller, and currently own a private capital group that purchases companies, I know there is no one more experienced in the art of selling or buying a business than me.

Over the last 3 years I have sold over $40 million in small businesses. This represents over 140 deals in which I closed personally. I've come to realize that my clients truely appreciate my expertise and representation during the sale of their business, i say this because i only work by referral. Joshua Lindsey Utah also manages a private capital network of roughly $90 million in liquid funds. J Currently I am in the market to purchase businesses between $100k and $50 million.
