Joshua McAlees

Joshua McAlees is the President of Capital Construction and Development, a company based in North Palm Beach, Florida. Having worked as both a developer and general contractor, Joshua has garnered over seventeen years of experience in the real estate development industry.

Joshua graduated from Northwood University with his Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Banking/Finance in 1996. After graduation, he worked with Nicklaus Design, where he served as a superintendent during a construction project. As he advanced in his career, he participated in numerous projects, which provided him with the knowledge and experience needed to tackle a variety of construction projects with expertise and confidence.

In 2003, Joshua McAlees earned his general contractor license as well as his real estate license. While he was incredibly successful at Niklaus Design, eventually being promoted to Director of Construction and Partner, Joshua decided he wanted to further his work as a general contractor by working for himself. The following year, he founded his own construction and development company. Though he initially focused on commercial construction during the foundation of Capital Construction and Development, once the market crashed in 2009, he shifted his focus to high-end residential construction.

His eminent background has provided him with the skills necessary to head Capital Construction and Development and further its growth and prestige. With experience in both developing and contracting, Joshua ensures his company is able to take on projects other organizations may not be fully equipped to execute. The company has since built over $200 million in residential and commercial projects in Florida, with its most notable project, 3621 South Ocean, well underway.
