Joshua M. Eudowe

Leveraging two decades of consultancy experience, Joshua M. Eudowe currently manages all of the day-to-day operations at eA Risk Management Group, a Weston, Connecticut-based firm specializing in threat assessment and crisis management. Joshua M. Eudowe previously responded to emergency scenes as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in Connecticut. As such, he served on search and rescue teams, published articles on a variety of child and adult safety-related issues, and spoke at various conferences nationwide. He continues to contribute to community relief efforts as a volunteer with The American National Red Cross and the Connecticut Critical Incident Stress Management/Debriefing team. To augment his emergency training, Joshua M. Eudowe completed an array of certification and programs with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc., Gavin de Becker & Associates, Inc., and other leading organizations.

Most recently, Joshua M. Eudowe earned a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, subsequently gaining Diplomate status in the American Board of Forensic Psychology, Inc., The American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, and the American College of Forensic Examiners International. Recognizing the adverse effects of social anxiety disorder on children, Joshua M. Eudowe founded the Early Advantage Children’s Foundation to provide support.

Joshua M. Eudowe draws upon all aspects of his diverse background and experience to find efficient, all-inclusive solutions to potential threats for clients as Principal at eA Risk Management Group. Adapting contingency plans to the specific needs and risks of each client, Joshua M. Eudowe and the firm start the process by performing a risk analysis of both the organization and its employees to pinpoint latent threats and shortcomings in security, as well as to determine how potential crises will affect the client. Every conceivable scenario is carefully considered and planned for, including workplace violence, harassment, natural disasters, equipment malfunctions, and human errors. Joshua M. Eudowe and the team operate on the belief that the human response is the most crucial aspect of crisis management. As such, part of the program involves training and hands-on workshops to prepare employs to execute various contingency plans.
