Joshua Miller

I am a fourth year student at the University of Utah. Exploring the mountains that surround my home has been a passion of mine from a young age. From snowboarding to rock climbing, I love living in an environment that offers four full, rugged and beautiful seasons. I have enjoyed turning my hobbies into an opportunity to teach others, by working as a snowboarding instructor at Brighton Resort. An opportunity to teach is an opportunity to learn, and I love to learn as much as I love to teach. It is difficult to think of anything as rewarding as seeing the "light" go on when someone picks up on a concept or idea.

After graduating college I hope to turn my passions into a means of earning a living. Whether that be through creating an outdoor clothing brand, or opening an outdoor guiding company, I want to be involved and interact with those who appreciate the beauty the world has to offer.
