Joshua Roseberry

For more than two decades, I've built my career around helping organizations grow, developing strong teams, and solving complex operational challenges.

I've had the opportunity to lead operations across hospitality, retail, food service, and property management—from nationally recognized hotel brands to entrepreneurial ventures I built from the ground up. Throughout each role, one principle has remained constant: great businesses are built by investing in people, creating strong systems, and delivering experiences that customers remember.

My experience includes leading multi-property hotel operations, directing complete hotel renovations while maintaining profitability, building new revenue streams, improving financial performance, and developing high-performing teams. One of my proudest accomplishments was transforming a traditional bed and breakfast into a diversified hospitality company with five lodging properties, a full-service restaurant and bar, an independent catering division, and a thriving events business.

I'm a firm believer that leadership is about far more than managing people. It's about building trust, creating accountability, solving problems, and leaving an organization stronger than you found it. I enjoy taking complex operational challenges, breaking them into manageable pieces, and building practical systems that help both employees and businesses succeed.

Outside of my professional career, I've been honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce, receive Montgomery County's 40 Under 40 recognition, and officiate NCAA Division II basketball, experiences that strengthened my leadership, communication, and decision-making under pressure.

Today, I'm focused on opportunities where I can continue building teams, improving operations, and helping organizations grow. My long-term goal is to continue advancing into senior operations leadership while making a meaningful impact on the businesses, employees, and communities I serve.
