My career has been a journey—from understanding how businesses work inside-out, to running large, complex teams and projects, to helping leaders grow on their own terms.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked across entrepreneurship, investment, and strategy, including seven years at the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC). I’ve advised and invested in hundreds of companies, including some of Canada’s top growth-stage firms.

What I've learned is simple: meaningful growth, both personal and professional, starts with clarity, conviction, and a commitment to doing good work.

As an educator, I teach finance, innovation, and governance at universities and training institutes, including time on faculty at Simon Fraser University (SFU). My long-standing membership with Kiwanis International reflects a core belief that leadership is about serving those in need.

I'm here to help leaders build resilient organizations rooted in values and long-term sustainability, where success is defined on their own terms. If that's your goal, let's talk.
