Joshua Zúñiga is currently the Senior Manager of Product at NAVIS in Portland, Oregon where he manages products that scale contact centers, customer messaging and orchestrate calls in the cloud.

Joshua has more than 12 years of experience building products and technology, UX design for physical and digital interactions, and leading teams at eBay, Intel, Google, NAVIS and others. He also holds several patents in the spaces of AR/VR and foldable devices ... he is an inventor and problem solver at heart.

His experience comes from nascent stages of early products such as AR/VR and voice assistance. At Intel he worked with companies like Amazon, Microsoft and Facebook to develop prototypes in order to answer questions around market fit as well as technical viability and to clearly outline paths to deliver on a specific roadmap for silicon development or cloud capabilities. Likewise, Josh also worked on products like the first instances AI recommended catalog of listings for best-matched buyers in eBay's global mobile marketplaces that are still used today.
