Early Career
Josiah Larkin is currently serving as managing partner as SF Luxury Car Service. He graduated from University of California Berkeley in 2000, after which he started a real estate rehab and development company. He completed over 400 transactions in just his first two years. Josiah continued buying and selling houses throughout California including Sacramento, San Diego, La Jolla, Hayward, Oakland and San Francisco. He eventually expanded to Houston, Spring, Magnolia and Klein, Texas as well as Atlanta, Georgia, Ft Lauderdale, Florida and Vale, Colorado.
SF Luxury Car Service
SF Luxury Car Service is a ride-sharing company that offers drivers the ability to use Uber and Lyft quality vehicles on an hourly basis. Drivers range from full time to part time with hourly rates as low as $5 rental fee. In one year, SF Luxury Car Service grew from one car to seven. By year 3, they were operating 15 vehicles.
Community Service
In addition to SF Luxury Car Service, Josiah Larkin is invested in community service. He is a leader within United Projects, an organization geared towards providing urban youth an opportunity to grow through the Arts including Martial Arts, Music and Performing. He was also the Director of Programs for the California Minority Counsel Program (CMCP)
