Josiah Hill is a physician, Coast Guard veteran, and MBA with a background in emergency medicine, maritime command, and regional healthcare operations. He earned his MD and MS from the University of South Florida, completed a residency in emergency medicine at Tampa General Hospital, and later obtained an MBA from Eastern Washington University. His early career included service as a navigation and operations officer, where he oversaw multi-agency coordination, medical readiness, and crisis response at sea.
Transitioning into civilian life, he worked in emergency departments while also supporting healthcare growth through business-side roles in medical technology. He has managed sales operations, led implementation teams, and supported physician training efforts across complex systems. In each role, he brings an emphasis on structure, timing, and mission-focused clarity.
