I am JOSMIN JOSE, fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and in whole time employment as a Company Secretary. I graduated in Business Administration from Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam, Masters in Commerce [Corporate Governance and Business Policies] from Indira Gandhi National Open University and Master of Business Laws (MBL) from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.

I am well equipped with the corporate legal, secretarial, Mergers and Acquisitions, listing regulations and securities markets. I have been a part of the major acquisition of KIMSHEALTH By Blackstone recently also takeover and relisting of public listed companies. I am also having 12+ years of experience in Corporate and Securities laws.

Presently i am handling Secretarial and Legal functions of KIMSHEALTH Group, Trivandrum, Prior to that i was engaged with Kerala Chamber of Commerce and Industry and SVJS and Associates, Company Secretaries.

I was a visiting faculty for various programmes conducted by various colleges and ICSI Kochi chapter for its members and students also worked as oral coaching faculty for Kochi and Kottayam study centre of ICSI.

I was also a managing committee member of ICSI Kochi chapter for the term 2019- 2022 and served the role of Treasurer and Secretary of Kochi Chapter of ICSI for the year 2019 and 2020 respectively.
