My name is Josué Vargas, I'm a network engineer and educator, currently working as a Level II Engineer for Juniper Networks (JTAC) and with experience and certifications in both Cisco and Juniper technologies.

I also own a Cisco course for networking preparation which I've designed and deliver; my certifications are:

Cisco: CCNA, CCNP R&S, CCNA Security
Juniper: JNCIA, JNCIS-Sec (Currently preparing JNCIP Security)

I've work with a variety of devices while performing tech support, these technologies include: firewalls, IPS, Wireless Access Points / Routers, Switches, Routers, Teleconference (Telepresence), IP Cameras and VoIP (phones and Call Manager).
