I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Philosophy and Cognitive Science at the University of Rochester. I received a B.A. from Indiana University South Bend and an M.A. from Western Michigan University, both in philosophy. My current research interests are in Metaethics, Ethics, Moral Psychology, and Cognitive Science. I am also becoming increasingly interested in Epistemology. I spent nearly ten years in the U.S. Army Reserves and served two tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom. I also have been married for seven years. My wife and I are expecting our third child this summer.
