About Ella Jou – your computer trainer

Ella came to United States as a teenager from the former Soviet Union, the republic of Ukraine, a beautiful and historic city of Odessa. Ella became fascinated with the world of IT at the age of 18 and has worked in field most of her life in various roles, from programming to PC and network administration, procurement and training. After obtaining her MCSE in 2000, Ella worked as a PC administration for Palm Beach County Tax Collector's office. Subsequently, Ella took on a challenging role of a Store Manager in franchise Computer Renaissance, where she was instrumental in designing, promoting and implementing training programs for store's customers, managing back office and the repair department. Ella is renowned for her professionalism, persistence, patience and genuine commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Her first students were her parents who initially refused to get a computer and now have his and hers (saved their marriage).
