Jourdan McGinn was formerly the Director of Program Design for One Acre Fund Kenya, a social enterprise supporting small-holder farmers across Africa. Jourdan oversaw One Acre Fund's operations, marketing, business growth and expansion, and loan recollection in Kenya, overseeing a team of 1,300 staff and a $21 million loan portfolio serving nearly a quarter million clients. Prior to that, Jourdan worked at Action for Community Development in Uganda, an organisation working across health and human rights in East and Southern Africa and founded a non-profit organisation supporting rural vocational training programme in Ghana. Jourdan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Seattle University with a BA in Communication Studies and a concentration in Global African Studies. She is currently doing her MSc at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine as. Rotary Global Grant Scholar.
