Jovanni Tricerri

Vice President in Chico, California

Jovanni is the Vice President of Programs at the North Valley Community Foundation with over 20 years experience in community development, philanthropy and nonprofit management. He joined NVCC to lead the disaster recovery programs following the Camp Fire in 2018. Jovanni gives strategic leadership to NVCF’s disaster recovery grant portfolio addressing the needs of the 2018 Camp Fire, 2020 North Complex Fire, 2021 Dixie Fire and regional drought relief efforts. He also leads NVCF’s key initiatives —Thrive and Lead.

Jovanni has travelled to over 35 countries as a strategic advisor on issues related to poverty, international relations, leadership development and peace and reconciliation initiatives. He also currently serves as an advisor to several international non-profit organizations in Central and South America and South Asia.

Jovanni received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA and a Master of Arts degree in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA.
