I've been testing & helping deliver quality software for a couple of decades – with much of that spent leading teams & projects, setting-up or resetting QA departments, test planning & execution, improving process, release management & consulting.
A bit of an obsession with customer satisfaction (and the scourge of lousy support) means I've gone from working closely with customer support teams, to being a hands-on manager of one. I joined Pivotal Labs in 2011 & lead quality and technical support efforts for Pivotal Tracker.
