I have over 27 years experience in Recruitment and am one of the few Recruiters to be awarded Fellowship status of both the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, identifying me as a recruiter whose commitment to raising standards in an increasingly competitive industry has been recognised by my peers. In addition, I am a qualified Personal Development Coach, being one of the first in the UK to achieve the EDEXCEL BTEC Certificate in Life Coaching Skills and Practice, the highest officially recognised Life Coaching qualification currently available. This combination of skills gives me a unique and highly effective approach, which has long-lasting benefits to all who work with me, whether they are recruitment clients and candidates or personal development coachees.

Since February 2014 I've also been Chatter Manager for Wynsor Allen's recently launched www.doodle-doo.co.uk - a Personalised Charity Greetings Cards website which allows you to not only choose the image for your card from a wide range of images, artwork and photographic art (many of which are not available on any other card site) and add your own message but also to choose a charity to receive a 10% donation from us.It's a great way to support your favourite local Charities and Artists.
