Joy Akogwu

Joy Akogwu is a purpose-driven Identity and Clarity Coach with a deep passion for mentoring young people particularly girls and women into wholeness, leadership, and purpose.

She brings a rich blend of experience in personal development coaching, facilitation, and youth-focused program design. She's the founder of The Real Girl Academy (TREGA), a growing social-impact initiative where she coach young girls on self-discovery, purpose discovery, menstrual hygiene, and leadership development through workshops, community outreaches, and virtual classes.

With over seven (7)years of active engagement in youth development, I’ve worked and volunteered with teens through Fix the Teens Initiative and other organizations and led programs in schools and churches, and served as a team lead in impactful community projects.

What sets her apart as a mentor is her ability to connect deeply with young people, especially those navigating identity confusion, low self-worth, or transition seasons. She guides them into clarity, confidence, and courageous living.
