I am an International Economics and Trade graduate currently serving as a Technical Assistant to the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Climate Technology and Operations (SSAP-CTO). My work sits at the intersection of policy, energy, and executive coordination, where I support high-level decision-making through research, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement.

In my current role within the Presidency, I contribute to the development and communication of policy priorities across key areas including clean energy deployment, gas-to-power development, industrial decarbonisation, and emerging carbon markets. I prepare briefing notes, speeches, and technical materials for executive use, coordinate engagements with government agencies and partners, and support the delivery of strategic initiatives within Nigeria’s energy sector. My role also requires a high level of discretion, organisation, and the ability to manage complex workflows in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Beyond administrative coordination, I play an active role in shaping the substance of discussions by conducting research on climate technology, energy transition pathways, and regulatory developments. I am particularly interested in how market-based mechanisms and gas value chains can support a pragmatic and inclusive transition for oil and gas-producing economies.

My academic background from Liaoning University, where I graduated with distinction in International Economics and Trade, provides a strong foundation in trade policy, econometrics, and global economic systems. This training continues to inform my analytical approach to policy and development challenges.

Previously in my career, I served as an Executive Assistant at the Federal Ministry of Finance, contributing to strategic initiatives such as the Fiscal Governance and Institutions Project supported by the World Bank, where I developed strong skills in executive support, communication management, and project coordination.

Earlier, I worked as a Research Analyst at Development Reimagined, where I contributed to economic development research and flagship projects such as Africa Unconstrained. I also supported high-level discussions featuring global experts and worked with data from institutions like the World Trade Organization and International Monetary Fund.
