I have been writing, editing and producing digital content since 2002. I have created and managed digital content for About.com, AOL CityGuide, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Cox Media Group.

As a National Content Editor for Cox Media Group, i curate viral content for dozens of media properties across the nation, driving website traffic and generating social media engagement.

My advocacy work includes a blog called "The Memories Project," in honor of my father who died of Alzheimer's in 2011. I also have written essays for The Caregiver Space and have been interviewed on a variety of caregiving podcasts.

My collection of essays, The Reluctant Caregiver, was published in the fall of 2017. The book won a gold medal at the 2018 Independent Publisher Book Awards.

I'm looking to connect with caregivers and health care advocates.
