Hi, I’m Joy Merswin. I am a graduating senior at Virginia Commonwealth University pursuing a degree in Health Science. I have a passion for Healthcare Management because although the focus of healthcare reform has largely been on policy, the way hospitals operate and manage services is an important part of facilitating changes that will lead to improved patient care.

I am eager to learn more through real-world experiences and observing the work of companies that do so.
