Legacy — In Honor of My Mother ❤️

Born in Indonesia, she lived in Holland, Germany, the United States, and finally France. For more than two decades she worked as a financial accountant — precise, steady, and dedicated.
She loved music, loved to cook (especially Asian food), loved dancing, and loved walking in nature.

Nature was her greatest teacher.
Its resilience became her philosophy: never give up — keep going.
She believed the past was a lesson, not a prison; every experience was guidance for a better future. And she held the truth close: you never stop learning, no matter your age.

She treasured love in all its forms, certain that love makes life beautiful.
But she also knew the cost of honesty — that trust should be given carefully, because not everyone carries good intentions.

She worried deeply about the future of our planet. Climate warming mattered to her.
She hoped humanity would choose sustainability, responsibility, and protection of the Earth — for ourselves, our children, grandchildren, and all those yet to come.
To her, decisions determined destiny.
One drop joining a million others becomes an ocean — change begins with one person.

Her message:
If you want change, be the first one to start it.
Change the changeable — and walk away from the unacceptable.

Her Final Note

She protected those she loved fiercely.
And she left this with a smile:
“My son Ben is none to mess with. Respect him — or you’ll meet the German Shepherd.”

Every day is a gift. Use it wisely. 🙏❤️
