Eureka Springs, Arkansas

I am a writer, former owner of a toiletries shop. I'm a professional perfumer and aromatherapist. My first book, "The Hidden History of Eureka Springs," published by History Press, is a gossipy account of my weird little town settled in 1879. I have an e-book, a light, comedy, science fiction titled 'Accidental Alien' available on Amazon Kindle. My contemporary western romance novel, Maddie's Choice, is about cattle rustling, drug dealers on an Arkansas cattle ranch. I will have a new book, a romance, "Love In A Small Town," released about September. What is it like to live in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, the world's most contentious town? Find out by experiencing newcomers David, and his teenage stepdaughter as they deal with the locals. In addition I've uploaded a novella, Christmas For Annabel, filled with Christmas Magic, humor, romance, and no adult content, so it is ideal for a "stocking stuffer" gift. I'm politically involved, serving on the City Council in Eureka Springs, AR, one of the most argumentative and contentious towns in the US. My first love is writing: romance, science fiction, YA and paranormal about ghostly possession. I am agented by Jeanie Loiacono of the Loiacono Literary Agency. I've been in the army, wrote free-lance for a suburban newspaper chain near Chicago, was active in theater, and used to be a gourmet cook. Now it's whatever cooks in seven minutes in the microwave. I like dogs, cats, horses and intellectually curious people who like to talk.
