After earning her real estate license in 1999, Joyce decided to go into property management, where she earned a sterling reputation for her customer service. Properties under Joyce’s management consistently had low delinquency and high occupancy. Her proven track record was a direct result of her clear conscious communication and mutual respect with clients, honesty and a personal dedication to a job well done each and every day.

Joyce took a year off to care for her ailing husband and upon her return decided to make a career change and go into real estate. She was impressed with the Real Estate One Success business model and their commitment to providing their agents with industry leading education. Her experience in property management suits her well in real estate. She brings her negotiating skills, customer service, integrity and dogged work ethic to her clients and is already seeing great success.

A native Grand Rapidian, Joyce met and married the love of her life 39 years ago. They raised six children in Cadillac MI, and then spent a little time out west in Washington State. However, in 1990 they both decided to move back home and purchased a house in the community of Rockford.
Joyce recently lost her husband, but with a strong faith and a close family she is moving forward with renewed strength. When she is not working, you can find her volunteering at her church (Resurrection Life Church Rockford) in the nursery or in the new visitors welcome center. As a proud grandmother you will often find her with her grandchildren, doing yoga at the YMCA, or taking walks and enjoying the outdoors.
