Home is where the heart is. No one knows this more than Joyce, who has lived in various parts of Asia over the last 30 years. Joyce has resided in Penang and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Jakarta (Indonesia), Melbourne (Australia) and presently calls Singapore home. Her two daughters regularly complained that moving 4 times within the same city was a little 'too much' and urged their mum to pursue her passion in real estate through other means.
