Hey All, thanks for stopping by JoyfulB Journey and finding joy in life with me! I started blogging to write about my journey through life, I wanted to capture my joy and share it with others. I love the simple life, so B fits me well!
Who am I? I am a daughter, sister, aunt, accountant, friend, runner, student, and most importantly a daughter of the King. One of my favorite verses is Romans 12:12 (NIV) “Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.” Life is an amazing journey and I love finding joy in every part of life! Come on the adventure with me and learn about faith, fitness, and finding joy in the most amazing journey we all call…......life!

1) I have been paragliding in Hawaii.
2) I am obsessed with traveling.
3) I graduated from Iowa State University in 2011.
4) I was born in the 80’s.
5) I love my job as a construction accountant, who would have thought construction would be a blast!
6) If I was stranded on an island the two things I would take with me would be my Bible and my running shoes.
7) My sisters and mom are some of my best friends.
8) My dream vacation is to go to Sydney, Australia with my sister.
9) My favorite flower is the Hibiscus because it reminds me of Hawaii and all the amazing memories I have there!
10) I love chocolate and coffee!
11) My life goal is to run a 5k in every continental state by the time I am 50!
12) Coffee dates with friends are the best.
13) I eat a lot of vegetables.
14) I don’t watch a lot of TV, but when I do it is usually HGTV or the news.
15) I ran my first marathon in 4 hours and 30 minutes in Minneapolis October, 2013.
16) My favorite movie is The Holiday.
17) I love music, Kari Jobe is my favorite artist.
18) I love to-do lists and schedules….even though I don’t always complete them.
19) I love good Jesus talks!
20) Walking through the life journey with teens and leading them in their faith is amazing and I love it!
