I am a student of life. You can never stop learning. I worked in the service industry for many years. Some cringe at working with people. Not all days were easy. In building a team, you must provide a lot of motivation, coaching, and listening. I feel that you have to find something to relate to a person. I also try to show respect; you never know what someone has been through. I've had some tough times in my life, and I could either be down or make the best of it. Maybe it's the name, but I made the best of it. I have a couple of beehives, and I assist a nonprofit organization in caring for bees in urban areas. My interest in bees came when I learned just how much the world's food supply relies on pollinators. Without bees, we may lose all the plants that they pollinate, all the animals that eat those plants, and so on. My days are filled with spending time with my boys and playing with our crazy Frenchies. I work with painting, drawing, and design. I hope to create colorful pieces of art.
