Currently, Smt Joyita Pal Payne is working (Gazetted Officer) with Ministry of External Affairs & Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
Before getting associated with Government, she was the Founder of JPConnect. http://jpconnect.co , which was an international platform for providing employment in India as well as abroad & a platform that will aid in building n educational network for the youth of Bharat. Courtesy to her Father, Shri Nabinananda Pal, who helped her all the way in creating a beautiful global online platform.
Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Consultant, mostly working with Founders & CEOs (advising board members on talent management & Strategic HR).
Somewhere, her interest rested in Education. Thus, she worked as an Academician as an Associate Professor (Senior Scale) at various educational institutes/ universities. Simultaneously, she is a published author, contributed to many articles and book. She indulges in various form of arts since inception. Painting is her passion!
She takes great interest in art & culture, traditional & contemporary fashion, traveling, writing poetries, food & cooking, gardening, birds, music & dance, last but not the least sky - gazing! She also has formal training in Bharatiya Classical Dance form, Kathak.
She is drawn to birds, animals and plants. Her kind Family has been rescuing them since ages and provide them with shelter, good & medical treatments.
She has also appeared on national television/ news channels to debate / discuss on issues like Covid, International Relations, Education, Women empowerment, , Modi ji's Pariksha Pe Charcha, Howdy Modi, etc.
Her recent article, 'Stree Shakti- Modi's Pride of Naya India' was published in ‘The Nationalist’ by Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee Research Foundation, New Delhi, India.
In the past, she wrote a multi lingual poetry book named ‘A piece of Our Heart' that got published in International Book Fair, 2014. She considers it to be a blessing of her Family. She quoted, “Poetry takes me to the other side of my universe.”
On Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 75th Birth anniversary (17th of September, 2025), her article was published in the special edition by The Sunday Guardian newspaper titled- "The Potpourri of Bharat's Cultural Metamorphosis Under PM Modi”.
Her articles are mostly based on reformative educational policy, student psychology, national issues, etc in order to contribute to the betterment of this great nation and for the youth of Bharat.
