I am a real estate attorney that specializes in conducting residential settlements in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia through my company, Settlement INK. I spend a great deal of my time keeping current with various nuances of the market, new laws and changes in contract forms so that I may then in turn keep my clients informed and on the cutting edge. I strive to provide all of my clients, whether a first time homebuyer, a super luxury homebuyer, an investor, real estate agents or a lender with a value added experience. I love teaching continuing education throughout the real estate community from the required courses on fair housing, legislative update and contracts to the more fun elective training on how to use social media in business.
