Jonas Paulsson

Ever since my studies in education, with focus on IT, multimedia and cognitive science, I have worked with IT and learning. I have extensive experience in IT infrastructure and Internet applications and have worked as a client, project manager, administrator, moderator and trainer in many IT projects. My second area of competence is in the learning and education area where I have knowledge and experience of development and learning in the workplace, in teaching higher education and competence development – often with IT support. I enjoy working with others and with activities that allows me to take initiatives, but am governed by clear strategies and goals. I want to be involved when the problems are pinned down, when working up the solution and when the work is being done. Former executives have described me as enterprising, who quickly goes into action and with high problem solving ability. Former colleagues have valued my interpersonal skills, my analytical ability and my mind and character development. I have also been described as a good listener with diplomatic qualities and I possess the ability to summarize the common denominators in discussions where there are many interests and desires. My academic training is in education with a focus on multimedia and Cognitive Science. I have previously worked extensively with digital environments for learning and development of complex web structures.
