Napcia brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in her role as Finance Officer in the JPC team. Napcia’s role involves the daily management of finances for all areas of the business. Napcia holds a Diploma of Business – Frontline Management, Certificate II in Indigenous Leadership and Certificate in Tourism.
Napcia is a proud Torres Strait woman, who has dedicated much of her career and time to the advancement of her community, having volunteered in numerous associations in her home community, as well as work for the Torres Strait Regional Authority and Torres Business Solutions on Thursday Island.
Working with the team at John Pearson Consulting, and playing a part in helping Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders across Australia is what Napcia enjoys most about her current role, and draws inspiration from her family for being able to focus on others in the community before their own needs.
