Toby is an Indigenous Employment Specialist in the Indigenous Workstars team, where his responsibilities include the recruitment and placement of jobseekers into appropriate employment and business development. Toby has a strong background in recruitment, including candidate scouting, interviewing, screening and skills assessment and workplace development.

Toby enjoys being part of a passionate team that is striving to make a difference, and says that it knowing that he is securing employment for Indigenous Australians is what drives his success in the Indigenous Workstars team.

As a big sports fan, Toby sites Michael Jordan as his biggest inspiration, as he is an champion that came up from nothing and through his hard work and dedication accomplished huge success to become a global icon.
