Mr. "JP" Peña is a business analyst at Fong & Associates, LLP where he provides due diligence, planning, and business intelligence services to foreigners who are investing in Houston's thriving economy. His experience extends to multi-national corporations with interests in everything from vineyards, to construction, to OCTG products and NDT. He also has extensive experience in consulting Home and Community Support Services (HSCSS) and Personal Assistance Services (PAS) (collectively, "home health") agencies through licensing and accreditation, and management and regulation issues.

Mr. Peña received a J.D. from Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2014 and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas - Pan American in 2010. Prior to his graduate-level and professional studies, he received a B.A. in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
